About this Course

No other meal conjures up images of the Victorian era more than Afternoon Tea. During this workshop, you will work with Dundurn’s historic cooks to prepare a nineteenth-century recipe on the wood-fired range. Then, visit Dundurn above stairs to discover tea traditions during the MacNab family’s time and explore below stairs to learn about the role of the household staff in preparing and serving tea for family and guests. The workshop concludes with a cozy Afternoon Tea all together with a full selection of tasty tea treats prepared by the cooks.
